Supporting our Attractions as the Yorkshire hospitality industry reopens, rebuilds and starts to recover
Monday 29th June - 10am to 11.30am
Whether having reopened already or looking forward to doing so in the coming weeks, all attractions are planning what the new normal for visitors will be. How this may look is only just becoming apparent, and as the restrictions of lockdown continue to change, opportunities to hear from businesses in the sector about providing support and inspiration for your business is more important than ever.
Next in the series of Welcome to Yorkshire recovery webinars we heard from key attractions about their experiences and challenges of COVID-19 so far. Cheryl Williams, Director and Trustee of Yorkshire Wildlife Park, and Abbi Ollive, Head of Marketing and Sales at Castle Howard, revealed how attractions have been impacted by the pandemic, best practice being implemented to help create a safe environment, and their expectations for the months ahead. Bernard Donoghue, Director of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA) also be joined the conversation to give his insight into the future of the sector and what the impact of COVID-19 will be.
