Tipple Tails' is a Yorkshire phrase for a 'head over heels', a 'backward flip' or a 'roly poly', and conjures up images of childhood and innocent fun; the simple things in life. It is also used to describe a person who would bend over backwards to do something.
Jane has worked hard to source all the elements of her mouth-watering cakes from as close to her home at Wadsley Hall Farm in Sheffield as possible, using good ingredients and supporting local businesses to produce delicious moist fruit cakes, packed with fruit and nuts and infused with unusual tipples, made by a master infuser just a few miles from the kitchen - cake which is really worth eating!
Each cake is hand crafted with great care, big on flavour and really good to eat - just lovely, uncomplicated food.
