Asparagus Green Catering was set up in 2015 on the back of its first contract awarded at The National Coal Mining Museum for England.
Founder and Director Anthony Hegney, with over 27 years in the catering and hospitality sector, said that the industry needed a fresh approach into contract catering as it had lost its way and clients and venues were suffering due to this.
Unlike most contract caterers Asparagus Green prides itself on sourcing all the products not just within Yorkshire but within the immediate town where the venue sits.
We have built up a very strong relationship with all our suppliers locally and they also understand the importance of provenance.
