Level One

• Attractions with up to 19,999 visitors per year
• Individual restaurants, retailers, pubs and bars
• Theatres
• Small scale events and festivals
• Self catering accommodation providers with up to 3 properties
• Hotels and guest houses with up to 10 rooms
• Touring caravan and camping sites with up to 99 pitches

Level Two

• Attractions with 20,000 - 99,999 visitors per year
• Small groups of restaurants, retailers, pubs and bars
• Larger festivals and events
• Self catering accommodation providers with 4 - 10 properties
• Hotels and guest houses with 11 - 30 rooms
• Touring caravan and camping sites with 100+ pitches

Level Three

• Attractions with 100,000+ visitors per year
• Self catering accommodation providers with 11+ properties
• Hotels and guest houses with 31+ rooms
• Accommodation booking agencies
• Corporates and larger accommodation, retail and restaurant groups

Suppliers

• Marketing, PR, research & design agencies; events and entertainment and promotional agencies
• Financial, legal and insurance companies
• Training and recruitment
• Photographers; computer services and printers
• Caterers, food and drink suppliers
• Cleaning services and transport operators
