3. Customer buys offer via Yorkshire.com and receives a confirmation email with voucher

4. Customer uses voucher within time period allocated as per terms and conditions

5. Welcome to Yorkshire transfers costs for all bookings on a monthly basis minus fees of 12.5% commission, 30p per transaction +VAT.
